서비스는 무료로 제공되며, 앱 안에서 유료 결제나 광고는 없습니다. 스팟의 영업시간, 요금, 운영 여부 등은 실제와 다를 수 있으니 방문 전에 각 장소의 공식 안내를 확인하세요.
4. 회원가입과 계정
만 14세 이상만 가입할 수 있습니다. 가입 때 만 14세 이상임을 직접 확인해야 하며, 이메일 인증을 마쳐야 가입이 완료됩니다.
아이디와 비밀번호는 본인이 관리해야 하며, 다른 사람에게 양도하거나 빌려줄 수 없습니다.
비회원도 공식 스팟 정보와 공개된 사진·코멘트를 볼 수 있습니다. 방문 인증, 사진·후기 작성, 추천·신고는 회원만 할 수 있습니다.
5. 위치 확인과 방문 인증
방문 인증을 할 때만 기기 위치를 1회 확인해 스팟 반경 안에 있는지 판정합니다. 위치 권한을 허용하지 않으면 "방문하셨습니까?" 확인으로 대신할 수 있으며, 이 경우 '직접 확인' 방문으로 구분됩니다.
위치는 이용자가 방문 인증을 요청할 때만 확인하며, 자세한 처리 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
이동 중에는 주변 안전에 주의하고, 출입이 제한된 장소나 위험한 곳에서 인증을 시도하지 마세요.
6. 이용자가 올린 콘텐츠
이용자가 올린 사진, 코멘트, 추천글(이하 "게시물")의 저작권은 이용자에게 있습니다.
이용자는 서비스 안에서 게시물을 보여 주기 위해 필요한 범위(저장, 크기 조정, 공개 설정에 따른 표시)에서 운영자가 게시물을 이용하는 것을 허락합니다. 게시물을 삭제하거나 탈퇴하면 이 허락도 끝납니다. 운영자는 이 범위를 넘어 게시물을 광고에 쓰거나 다른 곳에 제공하지 않습니다.
사진과 코멘트는 기본 공개이며, 하나씩 비공개로 바꾸거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. 공개 게시물은 비회원을 포함한 다른 이용자에게 닉네임, 국가와 함께 보입니다.
다음 게시물은 올릴 수 없습니다: 다른 사람의 권리(저작권, 초상권 등)를 침해하는 것, 개인정보를 노출하는 것, 음란·폭력·혐오·차별 표현, 광고·스팸, 법령을 위반하는 것, 방문한 장소와 관계없는 것.
7. 신고, 숨김, 이용 제한
다른 이용자의 공개 사진, 코멘트, 추천글, 회원을 신고할 수 있습니다. 신고된 콘텐츠는 즉시 공개 화면에서 숨겨지고, 운영자가 검토해 해제, 숨김 유지, 삭제 중 하나로 처리합니다.
회원을 차단하면 그 회원의 공개 콘텐츠가 내 화면에서 보이지 않습니다.
운영자는 이 약관이나 법령을 위반한 게시물을 숨기거나 삭제할 수 있고, 위반이 반복되거나 중대한 경우 계정 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 운영자의 조치는 기록으로 남습니다.
8. 공식 콘텐츠의 저작권
스탬프 도안, 앱 화면 디자인 등 운영자가 만든 콘텐츠의 권리는 운영자에게 있습니다.
공식 스팟의 대표 사진은 각 저작자가 정한 라이선스(CC BY, CC BY-SA, CC0, 공공누리 제1유형 등)에 따라 이용하며, 저작자·출처·라이선스·수정 사항은 앱의 "사진 출처·라이선스" 화면에서 확인할 수 있습니다. 대표 사진의 저작자와 제공 기관은 서비스를 후원하거나 보증하지 않습니다.
운영자는 공식 스팟 정보, 기능, 화면을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 서비스를 중단해야 하면 미리 앱 또는 이 페이지에 알립니다. 시스템 점검이나 장애로 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.
11. 책임
운영자는 고의 또는 과실로 이용자에게 손해를 입힌 경우 관련 법령에 따라 책임을 집니다. 공식 스팟 정보는 참고용이며, 현장 상황과 다를 수 있습니다.
12. 분쟁 해결
문의와 불만은 [email protected]으로 보내 주세요. 이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.
13. 시행일과 변경
이 약관은 부터 적용합니다. 약관을 바꾸면 시행 전에 앱 또는 이 페이지에 알립니다.
Korea Stamp Tour Terms of Service (English)
1. Purpose
These terms set the conditions for using the Korea Stamp Tour mobile app and support web pages (the "Service"), and the rights and obligations of the operator and users.
2. Operator
Operator: 모바일AI팩토리 (Mobile AI Factory, sole proprietorship) · Representative 박근철
Information on tourist attractions and local restaurants reviewed and registered by the operator ("official spots")
Visit verification at official spots, digital stamps, stampbook and progress
Visit photos, ratings, comments, likes, spot suggestions and votes
The Service is free, with no in-app payments or ads. Opening hours, fees and availability may differ from what is shown; check each place's official information before you go.
4. Accounts
Only people aged 14 or older can sign up. You confirm this yourself at sign-up, and sign-up completes after email verification.
You are responsible for your user ID and password and may not transfer or lend your account.
Visitors who are not signed in can view official spots and public photos and comments. Visit verification, posting, suggestions and reports require an account.
5. Location and visit verification
Your device location is checked once, only when you verify a visit, to see whether you are within the spot's radius. If you do not allow location, you can answer "Did you visit?" instead; such visits are marked as self-declared.

Stay aware of your surroundings and do not try to verify visits in restricted or dangerous places.
6. Content you post
You keep the copyright in the photos, comments and suggestions you post ("posts").
You allow the operator to use your posts only as needed to show them in the Service (storing, resizing and displaying them according to your visibility settings). This permission ends when you delete the post or your account. The operator does not use your posts in advertising or provide them elsewhere beyond this scope.
Photos and comments are public by default; you can make each one private or delete it. Public posts are visible to other users, including visitors who are not signed in, with your nickname and country.
Do not post content that infringes others' rights (copyright, portrait rights, etc.), exposes personal information, is obscene, violent, hateful or discriminatory, is advertising or spam, breaks the law, or is unrelated to the place visited.
7. Reports, hiding and restrictions
You can report other users' public photos, comments, suggestions and accounts. Reported content is hidden from public view immediately and reviewed by the operator, who restores it, keeps it hidden or deletes it.
Blocking a member hides their public content from you.
The operator may hide or delete content that breaks these terms or the law, and may restrict accounts for repeated or serious violations. Operator actions are logged.
8. Official content
Rights in the stamp designs and app design created by the operator belong to the operator.
Official spot photos are used under the licence chosen by each author (CC BY, CC BY-SA, CC0, Korea Open Government License Type 1, etc.). The author, source, licence and changes are shown in the app's "Photo credits & licenses" screen. The authors and providers of these photos do not sponsor or endorse the Service.
Members' visit photos are never used as official spot photos.
9. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (My page) or on the web account deletion page (support.koreastamptour.com/delete). Your account, visits, photos, ratings, comments and related data are deleted and cannot be restored. What is deleted and what remains is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and suspension
The operator may change official spot information, features and screens. If the Service has to end, we will announce it in advance in the app or on this page. The Service may be briefly unavailable for maintenance or outages.
11. Liability
The operator is liable under applicable law for damage caused intentionally or negligently. Official spot information is for reference and may differ from conditions on site.
12. Disputes
Send questions and complaints to [email protected]. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved by the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
13. Effective date
These terms apply from . We will announce changes in the app or on this page before they take effect.
